The past couple of weeks have felt as if they have been longer than the past year. With the rise of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) across the world, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has implemented safety protocols to keep everyone safe from the risk of infection and preventing the possible spread of the virus. First and foremost, our hearts go out to everyone around the world that has been affected by COVID-19. We are staying very hopeful that with the correct protocols taken place we can go back to our daily lives very soon.

A Special Thank You

First, we want to say a very special thank you to all our customers who have reached out to our Trinity representatives with kind and encouraging words. We very much appreciate the relationships we have made with our customers over the years and want to continue keeping you and your loved ones safe for as long as we can!

Second, thank you to all the men and women in health care working day and night to treat patients while risking their own health and sacrificing time with their loved ones every day. We also want to give thanks to everyone who is continuing to work in essential businesses such as grocery stores, banks, health care, and many other facilities.

Many small businesses are struggling to make ends meet as we are sure many people are during a time like this. It’s important that we are continuing to support ourselves but also our local community as much as we can in any way possible. Some ways we can help the small businesses in our community is by buying gift cards, ordering take-out or curbside pick-up, tipping a little extra, or posting and sharing business pages on social media.

Status of Operations

We have received many questions from our customers how we are handling this difficult time and we want to reassure our customers and address the questions we’re receiving regarding the status of our operations. Since we are considered an essential business, Trinity Wiring Solutions, LLC is running at full capacity at this time. Currently, we are 100% open for business and committed to continuing to provide exceptional products and service to our customers amid the ongoing COVID-19 response efforts. Our service team and support teams are working diligently to continue to support and protect you and your family. Our support hours have extended during this time, we are now open for support from 8:00 am – 6:30 pm, Monday – Saturday.

Employee Screening

Our Trinity service members who are going out to customers’ homes every day are taking extra precautions to keep themselves and customers safe. Our service team is taking their temperature every morning and checking in with their supervisors about any symptoms they may be experiencing. They are wearing gloves and booties at each service as well as carrying hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes to use at each job. We are constantly monitoring any changes made by the CDC to ensure employee and customer safety.

Customer Screening

We want to continue to provide the best service as possible without sacrificing great quality in-home services. So, we are also taking precautions with all our scheduled customers to ensure that no one in a customer’s household has travelled internationally within the last 30 days and that no one is showing any symptoms of COVID-19. If so, we will work diligently with the customer to ensure their problem is resolved whether it be troubleshooted remotely or to reschedule at a later date.

Payment and Billing Options

We want to ensure all our customers that we will not be disconnecting our security/monitoring services to any of our clients during this time due to nonpayment. If you are experiencing any form of hardship due to billing and payment options/changes, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you are unable to make payments due to being laid off or furloughed during this time, we want to ensure that we are being sensitive to the situation going on around us.
