Garage Door Control:

• Customers can check if there garage doors are closed or opened and can control them from anywhere in the world.

Geo Fencing:

• Location-based Arming Reminders – We can let you know if you leave the house and forget to arm your system.
• Thermostat Automation – Have your thermostat automatically turn up or down when you enter or exit a specified Geo-Fence.
• Video Recording – Use Geo-Services to automatically pause video recording schedules while you are at home.
• Real Time Alerts – Know what’s going on at your home at all times.

We have specifically designed automation features that assist customers striving to manage their energy consumption for the benefit of the environment and for cost savings. Each of the following can be integrated into a customer’s security system and controlled from a single app on a smart phone, tablet or PC:

Lighting Control (2 types): 1) Light modules that can integrate into any lamp, and 2) Light plug in and light bulbs that can installed with any type of lighting in a home or business that takes regular light bulbs. You can control these from the alarm.com app/platform and customize to a schedule to fit your lifestyle.

HVAC: We offer thermostats that integrate into your current security system and can be put on a schedule if desired. Thermostats can be controlled from anywhere in the world from a smartphone, tablet or PC and you can set up alerts to be notified if anyone in the home or business changes the temperature. Perhaps most important is the extreme temp alerts: If the temperature falls below a certain number or increases up to current temp, you will get a text or email alert and the thermostat automatically changes the temp a comfortable level. Unlike most thermostats, our thermostats can also operate of AA batteries or it can be connected to wiring in home.

Water Control: (Help Prevent Water Damage)

1. Flood Detector: Gain peace of mind when away from our home or business. Flood damage can cost a customer up to $45,000! This two-piece device can be added anywhere in the home that is susceptible to a water leak (laundry room, bathrooms, utility closet etc.). When any water or high moisture is detected, this device will send you a real time alert.
2. Water Flow Detection (Z Wave Shut Off Valves): This device detects running water without interruption. For example, if no one is scheduled to be home and water is constantly flowing for 5, 10 or 15 minutes, you will get an alert that the water pump has been on and water flowing continuously for a certain amount of time. You can then shut off water to your home or business right from the app to prevent further leaking or flooding.
